Infrared Saunas are different than steam saunas as they use infrared light to heat your core body temperature, not the air around you, giving a more effective, and comfortable experience. Your body’s way of cooling itself is by sweating, raising your heart rate, and increasing blood flow which results in many clinically proven health benefits.

When you arrive, you will be checked in and given a short form to fill out while you enjoy a cup of cold water or hot tea. You will be escorted to a Private Sauna Room. Each sauna fits 1-3 people, price is per person. Here you will be shown your included amenities that set us apart from others!

  • Bluetooth overhead sauna speakers. Just pair your phone and enjoy your own music, podcast, or audiobook.

  • Private shower room with aromatic lavender and eucalyptus bundles, and vegan, cruelty free, earth friendly 3 in one wash.
  • A sink and mirror are in your sauna room to cool your face, apply makeup, etc.

Your Sauna hostess will answer any questions, and start the timer with 5 minutes added for you to get ready and step in. There is a countdown timer in the sauna, set to the time you booked, and a clock in the room. When your time is done, the sauna will give you a beep when there is 1 minute left, then automatically turn off. This starts your 10 minutes to your Private Shower Room 3 steps across from your sauna room. After the 10 minutes of shower/dress time, your hostess will greet you with a cup of cold water, and escort you back to the lobby.

If you have added a Massage, your Massage Therapist will knock and your massage will begin at that point with time to undress/dress.

Booking a Sauna with Massage appointment is highly recommended. Your body will be relaxed and muscles loosened allowing your Massage Therapist to provide you with deeper relaxation and tension release. Both services are discounted if received on the same day and no commitment packages are available at a more discounted rate to be used anytime, can be gifted, and never expire.

If you are new to saunas, 20 minutes is recommended and will provide the benefits. If you have sauna experience, the time is up to you. Most people feel more comfortable with Infrared verses a steam sauna. The main difference is steam saunas heat the air around you which can leave you sitting in and breathing in temperatures of 200 degrees!

Infrared light safely heats your core body temperature, not the air around you giving you all of the benefits with a temperature as low as 120 degrees. Our Saunas are equipped with an 03 and Ionized air filter giving you clean, comfortable breathing air instead of the muggy, humid air in a steam sauna.

Each Sauna Room is completely private, includes a sink, and cooling towel wrap. Feel free to get in and out as you please. It’s your time to do what feels best for you.
